Founded in 2015 by Veronica Ong, Anchor Empire Properties Sdn Bhd is a real estate company registered with the Board of Values, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia under the purview of the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia. Anchor Empire is specialized in the provision of buying and selling, leasing or renting, as well as strategic marketing services for all types of properties to our clients across Malaysia and in overseas, including residential, mixed developments, commercial, industrial properties as well as lands.
Anchor Empire’s business is built on “Dedication, Communication, Determination & Trust” which represents the ability of our Anchor’s Team to match individuals, families & corporates needs with the properties, buildings and neighborhoods that best suit all our client’s real estate interests. Veronica, the founder of Anchor Empire, has more than 25 years of successful proven track record in the real estate industry in Malaysia. With her vast experiences in the property markets of Malaysia and in overseas, she has developed successful business relationships with many clients and property developers. Veronica has undivided focus on planning and management, and her in depth industry and market knowledge is consistently proven in her efficiency in matching clients’ interests to the right property. Her genuine passion for people and property has led to the incorporation of Anchor Empire in 2015.
